Staff representation has been established!

The establishment of Graaco’s first staff representation took place on Thursday afternoon, 13 December.

We welcome the following members:

• Herman Imming
• Erik Jagt
• Karin Jipping
• Hans Lubben en
  Jaap Wardenburg

We would like to congratulate the members on their appointment and wish them all the best in further shaping employee participation within our company. In the coming months, the staff representation members will be trained by Gerrit Lijkendijk of staff and organisation consultancy ‘Partner Personeel & Organisatieadvies’. Gerrit will assist and advise the members on their activities.

We see staff representation as an added value to Graaco, in line with our maturation as a company.

We are confident that together, we will achieve good results in the interests of Graaco.
